This one-day, comprehensive course is designed for healthcare professionals seeking expertise in microsuction ear wax removal. Participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, supervised by NHS-accredited trainers. This course is in line with NICE guidelines and Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust standards.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Training Courses At EARS Clinics, we aim to make your booking process as clear and straightforward as possible. Please review the following terms before confirming your course. 1. Payment Terms 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the course fee is required upon booking to secure your place. Final Payment Due: The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the course start date. Failure to pay on time will result in the loss of your booking and deposit. 2. Eligibility Confirmation Pre-Course Confirmation: We will contact all attendees before the course to confirm eligibility and ensure they meet the requirements for their selected training. Please provide accurate contact details when booking. 3. Rescheduling Policy One-Time Reschedule: You may reschedule your booking once, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the course start time. Requests made with less than 7 days' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 4. Cancellations and Refunds Non-Refundable Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. Cancellation by EARS Clinics: If EARS Clinics cancels the course, you can either reschedule or receive a full refund, including your deposit. 5. Attendance Requirements Mandatory Full Attendance: Full attendance is required to receive certification. Arriving late or missing significant portions may disqualify you from receiving certification, and no refund will be provided. 6. Special Requests Health, Dietary, or Accessibility Needs: Please inform us of any health conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs at the time of booking to allow us to accommodate you accordingly.
